It's chunks of green tomatoes and onions and it's kind of hot and kind of sweet, so it must have jalapenos and sugar. I don't think it has any other veges in it. It's served cold at a local catfish restaurant as a side and it's just delicious. They make it and sell it but of course won't share the recipe. Not yet Niecey ,
